Group
Therapy
Group therapy offers a supportive setting to learn skills, share experiences, and practice new ways of coping. At Life Lab, groups are evidence-based, led by experienced clinicians, and designed to combine peer connection with proven strategies for change.
All of our groups are low-fee, making therapy more accessible while still offering high-quality care.

What to Expect
Groups typically run weekly for a set number of weeks and include structured lessons, guided practice, and group discussion.
Each group emphasizes active participation — with opportunities to learn, practice skills, and receive support from peers who are working on similar challenges.
